Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Lavisha Loom.

Cancellation before dispatch

You may request cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting support or using your account dashboard where available.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Custom or clearance items may not be returnable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
